Your posting asks for SQL, Tableau and clear communication with non-technical teams. Each week I pull store and inventory data in SQL, check it for gaps before it goes out, and update our Tableau dashboards. When a regional manager asks a question the dashboards don't answer, I write a short note with the numbers and one chart, in plain words.

I've started using Python to automate a monthly report and would like to do more of that kind of work.
