How We Started

Built by people who felt this pain personally

CareerGenius was built by software engineers who went through brutal job searches and realized the system is broken.

We'd send 50+ applications. Get 2-3 responses. Wonder what we did wrong. Eventually we figured it out: ATS systems were filtering us out before humans saw our resumes.

Once we understood what ATS systems look for, we started tailoring every resume. We started hearing back. Friends asked us to optimize their resumes. We did. They got results.
