Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee using your selected payment method.

2.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. To request a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription, contact support. After 3 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3.3 Usage Limits

We reserve the right to enforce reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse of our AI services. Heavy usage that impacts service performance may result in temporary rate limiting.

2. You can opt-out of having your resume or cover letter shared at any time by contacting us or unchecking the opt-in box on the form.

3. We cannot guarantee that your resume or cover letter will be viewed by any specific recruiter or company, or that you will be contacted for a job opportunity.

4. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in your resume or cover letter, or for any actions taken by recruiters or companies that receive your resume or cover letter.

5. We reserve the right to discontinue the resume and cover letter sharing service at any time, and will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may result from the discontinuation of this service.

6. By using our platform and opting-in to have your resume and cover letter shared, you agree to these terms and conditions and understand that your resume and cover letter may be shared with recruiters and companies at our discretion.
